Alpine Events Provides Tent & Event Rentals for 2025 World Archery Finals in Central Florida 

From April 7–13, 2025, the eyes of the international archery community turned to Polk County, Florida, as the World Archery Finals brought elite competitors and global audiences to Lake Myrtle Sports Park in Auburndale. Behind the scenes, Alpine Events was proud to support this prestigious tournament with a comprehensive suite of event rentals that helped transform the venue into a world-class experience for athletes, officials, and fans alike.

A Collaborative Effort

This large-scale event was led by event planner Aimwell Events, with vital support from Visit Central Florida Sports, the official tourism and sports marketing organization for Polk County. Alpine Events partnered with both organizations to deliver logistics, infrastructure, and event rental solutions to elevate the experience for all participants and spectators.

Elevating the Experience

Alpine Events provided an array of tailored rentals across several key event zones:

Finals Field & Athlete Zones

• A 30×30 Frame Tent Rental served as the World Archery Office, complete with clear and windowed sidewalls to maintain visibility and professionalism.
• A 40×40 Futuretrac Hospitality Tent, outfitted with a full subfloor of Biljax staging and clear window sidewalls, created a comfortable, weather-resistant space for guests.
• The Call Room, Judges Tent, and multiple VIP and Spectator Entrance Tents featured smaller 10×10 and 10×30 frame tents with windowed sidewalls for functionality and uniform branding.
• Over 100 Biljax stage platforms were utilized throughout the site for flooring, viewing platforms, and other elevated structures.

Qualification Field 

• Two 10 x 20 Marquee Tent Rentals serviced as the judges tent.
• Twenty 10 x 10 HP Frame Tents served as the athlete tents.

Catering Zone

• Alpine installed a 40×80 HD Frame Tent for catering operations, including 30 banquet tables, 8 picnic tables, and 300 bone folding chairs to accommodate staff, volunteers, and athletes during meal service.

Logistics & Labor

Alpine’s team provided comprehensive on-site support, including:

• Delivery, setup, and takedown across multiple locations within the park.
• Specialty materials such as Block and Roll ballasting, scaffolding, and chipboard signage backers used for tent branding, safety structures, and digital display walls.
