Alpine Events Tent Rentals at the Grand Rapids Triathlon
Every June, athletes from across Michigan and beyond gather in Ada for the Grand Rapids Triathlon, one of the Midwest’s premier USA Triathlon-sanctioned events.
For the 2025 race, Alpine Events was proud to once again provide essential tent and event rental support at both the Expo and Race Day sites — helping Tris4Health execute an outstanding weekend of endurance, energy, and community.
Strategic Setup at Two Sites
Working closely with the team at Tris4Health, we delivered and installed tents, tables, chairs, and infrastructure at two key locations:
1. Expo Site – Legacy Park
Set up on June 9 and fully operational by noon, this bustling pre-race hub welcomed participants, vendors, and sponsors. Our 20×40 white frame tent served as a central structure, outfitted with table rentals and seating rentals for registration, packet pickup, and information distribution. We used weighted Block and Roll systems with vinyl covers to ensure safety and security without damaging park grounds.
2. Race Site – Ada Park
- Race day logistics are mission-critical, and our equipment played a vital role in supporting both athlete comfort and race operations. We installed multiple tents, including a 20×30 frame tent, a 20×20 food tent, and a 10×40 medical tent with solid sidewalls for privacy and protection. Over 150 black folding chair rentals and 25 banquet table rentals supported food service, volunteer coordination, and emergency medical staff.
