Creating a Bold and Beautiful Space for the Saugatuck Center for the Arts’ 2025 Summer Benefit
Each summer, the Saugatuck Center for the Arts (SCA) hosts a standout benefit to support its dynamic year-round programming in education, performance, and community engagement. For the 2025 Summer Benefit, Alpine Events provided full-service event rentals and on-site setup to help transform the space into a welcoming, high-impact environment for more than 300 guests.
A Tent Built for Celebration
Alpine Events installed one of our Structure Tent Rentals, a 40’ x 120’ white Navitrac tent on the SCA campus to serve as the main event venue. The tent featured a mix of windowed and solid white sidewalls and was strung with over 800 feet of market lighting rentals to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. It was securely anchored using a block and roll system with white vinyl covers, ensuring both safety and aesthetics.
Bold Color Choices, Seamless Setup with our Table & Linen Rentals
In keeping with SCA’s creative spirit, the tables throughout the venue featured a vibrant and expressive color palette—reds, purples, oranges, and more. The Alpine Events team delivered and set up more than 75 tables, including 72” rounds, 6′ and 8′ banquet table rentals, and cocktail tables. Over 300 mahogany wood chairs rentals with padded seats were also installed by our crew, completing the look with style and comfort.

Setting the Scene at Every Seat
Each guest table was outfitted with a coordinated set of rental tabletop items from
Alpine Events, including classic white round dinner plates, hammered flatware, and both 12oz water goblets and 8.5 oz multi wine glasses. With over 300 place settings delivered, the selection provided a cohesive and elevated dining experience. The tableware complemented the event’s bold linen choices, helping to create vibrant, photo-worthy tablescapes that matched the energy of the evening.
Supporting the Caterers Behind the Scenes
Alpine Events also supplied key catering rental items to support Gilmore Catering, including:
- Two 15′ x 15′ Frame catering tents
- Grills and propane
- Pedestal fans, banquet tables, and carafes
- Serving trays, utensils, and staging support items
