New for 2027: Premium Inventory Alpine Wants Your Clients to See
Reserve 2027's Most Requested Pieces, While They're Still Available
Sailcloth tent rental, checkered dance floors, premium tent flooring and stage facades are the pieces clients ask for by name. We have a limited number of each, every one can only be at one event per date, and 2027 dates are already booking. Planners and venues get the first look. Checkered dance floors, premium flooring, stage facades and Navi-Trac and Hex tents are Michigan-only; sailcloth is available in Michigan and Florida.
Sailcloth Tent Rental: The Tent That Doesn't Look Like a Tent
Translucent sailcloth glows in daylight and by candlelight, and its high peaks and scalloped edges make the tent part of the décor. Built for wind, rain and sun. 32′ and 44′ wide, 32′ to 144′ long, with clear sailcloth sidewalls, market lighting and pole draping. In August 2025, a 44′ × 104′ sailcloth tent with clear walls framed a Bay Harbor wedding. Browse our sailcloth tent rentals. Available in Michigan and Central Florida.
Checkered Dance Floor Rentals (Michigan)
The floor that shows up in every reception photo. Our Birch & White Checker dance floor pairs warm wood with crisp white and works under tents. A 16′ × 24′ Birch & White floor anchored a Nubs Nob wedding in Harbor Springs. Our Black & White Checker dance floor rentals are a bold, graphic floor for indoor venues, in sizes from 12′ × 12′ to 20′ × 20′. Michigan events only. Florida: ask about our Black & White Marble floor.
Premium Tent Flooring (Michigan)
A level, finished floor that turns a lawn into a room: steadier chairs, no heels in the grass, easier access for every guest, and a cleaner look in every photo. Essential on sloped, soft or uneven sites. Michigan events only.
Stage Facades (Michigan)
A clean, finished front for the band, the keynote or the award moment, with no exposed decking or skirting gaps. The detail corporate planners and gala chairs notice. See our corporate event rentals. Michigan events only.

2027 Sailcloth Tent & Dance Floor FAQs
Why book 2027 this early?
Because each piece can only be at one event per date. Sailcloth tents, checkered dance floors, premium tent flooring and stage facades are limited, and peak 2027 Saturdays are already being reserved. Once a date is committed, that piece is gone for that day.
Can a checkered dance floor go under a tent?
Yes, if it’s our Birch & White Checker floor, which is built to pair with tents, including sailcloth. Our Black & White Checker floor is reserved for indoor venues to keep it in top condition. Black & White comes in sizes from 12′ × 12′ to 20′ × 20′. Birch & White footprints are sized to your space.
Are these pieces available in Florida?
Sailcloth tents are available from our Winter Haven store. Our checkered floors are a Michigan collection. In Central Florida, our Black & White Marble dance floor delivers a similar checkerboard look. Premium tent flooring and stage facades are Michigan-only. To check a Florida date for sailcloth, call Winter Haven at (863) 294-2802.
What do preferred planner and venue partners get?
Early availability flags, so you know when a date is close to selling out before your client signs, and setup coordination: one point of contact who works around your load-in, vendor timeline and site rules.
Can I see the pieces in person?
Yes. Visit our Grand Rapids showroom Monday–Friday, stop by our Ann Arbor-area showroom at 4163 Morgan Rd, Ypsilanti (no appointment needed), or schedule a walkthrough at Winter Haven. Use the form and choose “Schedule a Walkthrough.”
Do you deliver and set everything up?
Yes. Every piece is delivered, installed and picked up by our crew, coordinated with your planner, venue and caterer.
