How It Works: From Site Visit to Teardown
Metro Detroit Tent & Party Rental FAQs
Do you deliver tent and party rentals to Detroit and the suburbs?
Yes. Our Southeast Michigan team, based at our Ann Arbor-area warehouse in Ypsilanti, delivers, installs and picks up across Wayne, Oakland, Macomb and Washtenaw counties, from Detroit and the Grosse Pointes to Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Novi and Plymouth. Delivery is quoted by location when we build your proposal.
What size tent do I need for my guest count?
It depends on more than headcount. Seated dinner versus cocktail-style, the dance floor, bars, a band or DJ, and catering space all change the footprint. We’ll visit your site at no charge and send a free CAD tent layout rendering that shows exactly how your tables, floor and bars fit, and we can redraw it in minutes if your count changes.
Can I rent tables and chairs without a tent?
Absolutely. Many Metro Detroit clients rent tables, chairs, linens and tabletop on their own for venues, homes, offices and church halls. Choose from 60″ and 72″ rounds, 8′ banquet tables, cocktail tables, Chiavari and wood-grain resin chairs, and bars.
Can you put a tent on a driveway, patio or parking lot?
Often, yes. On hard surfaces where we can’t stake, we secure tents with ballast instead. During the site visit we check the surface, slope, overhead lines and access for our trucks. On lawns, underground utilities have to be marked through MISS DIG 811 before any stakes go in, and we’ll walk you through that step.
