On October 3, 2025, downtown Ann Arbor transformed into an open-air showcase of innovation for A2 Tech360’s Tech Trek. Hosted by Ann Arbor SPARK, this high-energy event invited the community to explore local tech companies, connect with industry leaders, and experience the momentum of Ann Arbor’s thriving innovation ecosystem.
Alpine Events was proud to support this large-scale downtown activation with tenting, tables, seating, and professional setup services to ensure everything was ready well before attendees arrived.
Tenting Across Liberty Street
With activations stretching down Liberty Street, strategic tent placement was
essential. Our team installed:
- (6) High Peak Frame Tent Rental (10′ x 10′)
- (10) White Easy Up Frame Tents (10′ x 10′) (Ann Arbor Only Rental)
- (1) 10′ x 20′ HD Frame Gable Tent Rental
Secure block and roll ballasting to meet downtown safety requirements
Each tent location was designed to accommodate one 8′ banquet table rental and two black folding chair rental, creating consistent and functional exhibitor spaces along the entire street. The uniform layout provided a clean, professional look while giving each participating company a dedicated footprint to engage with guests.

Logistics & Early Morning Setup in a Downtown Setting
Executing a downtown street event requires coordination, timing, and a detailed logistical plan. With a strict delivery window and a requirement that everything be fully installed by 10:00 AM, our team began onsite at 5:00 AM to ensure a seamless setup.
All tables, chairs, and benches were professionally installed by our crew, allowing the Ann Arbor SPARK team to focus entirely on programming and event flow. After the event concluded at 5:00 PM, our team returned for an after-hours teardown and pickup, carefully removing all equipment and restoring the space efficiently.
