Do you deliver and set up, or can I pick up my rentals?
Both. Our crew delivers, installs and tears down tents, dance floors, flooring and full event setups across West Michigan. For smaller orders, ask about will-call pickup at the Grand Rapids showroom when you book.
Do you rent checkered dance floors in Grand Rapids?
Yes. Our Birch & White Checker floor works under tents, and our Black & White Checker floor is reserved for indoor venues in sizes from 12′ × 12′ to 20′ × 20′. Both are among our most-requested pieces, so reserve early.
Do you deliver to Holland, Grand Haven, Saugatuck and the lakeshore?
Yes. We deliver throughout Kent, Ottawa, Allegan, Muskegon and Kalamazoo counties, including Holland, Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Saugatuck, South Haven, Muskegon, Rockford and Kalamazoo. Delivery is quoted by location.
What tent works for a backyard graduation party?
For most backyard open houses, a canopy or frame tent with tables and chairs is the right fit. Frame tents need no center poles and can go on patios or driveways with ballast. Book a free site visit and we’ll size it to your yard and guest flow.
How far ahead should I book for 2027?
For weddings and summer weekends, as soon as your date is set. Sailcloth tents and checkered dance floors commit first, and May through September Saturdays fill early.
